The Robuk Chassis Tipper is a highly dependable unit. Chassis are fabricated from 700 grade steel making them impressively light and strong. The rear third of the chassis is boxed-in to increase torsional strength and reduce the occurrence of rollovers. Our Chassis Tippers can be equipped with Ringfeder brackets and come standard with return lines.
Rear tipping pivots utilise a steal on composite construction. This improves wearability and longevity of the pivots. Pivot pins are also welded in to increase the strength of this area.
Suspension utilises overslung suspension to decrease tare weight and improve suspension geometry. Hendrickson is equipped standard as it gives the best tare weight and maintenance outcomes.
Bodies are fabricated from marine grade aluminium. Height, length, and sheet thickness can be customised. The rear tailgate is a unique one-piece pressed design. Opening and closing the tailgate is managed by industry leading controls that reduce WHS. Both grain door and tailgate seal extremely well.
